Theo Chami

Chief Executive Officer


<p>Theo G. Chami is a graduate from the Business School "Ecole de Management de Lyon" France, an associate School of the Global Entrepreneurship Program of Babson Business School. He also has a degree in Economics from Universite Saint-Joseph.

Prior to joining Major Pharma as Chief Executive Officer, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Tahseen Khayat Group (TKG) since 2007. He monitors the company’s worldwide finance organization, economic strategy and forecasting, corporate alliances, investor relations, treasury and risk management activities, controllership duties, information systems, real estate, and taxes.

As part of his growth strategy, Mr. Chami led the financing of major expansions of TKG, which culminated with the opening of Middle East Power (MEP) in 2012 and of the "1866 Court and Suites" in 2014, and more recently Major Pharma. An innovative sector to continue the diversification strategy of TKG. By emphasizing strategic investment, and financial discipline, Mr. Chami has also cleverly managed the Group financials through easy and difficult periods.

Mr. Chami holds two decades of experience in the financial and management industry in fast-paced business environments.He held various positions in France, Europe and the Middle East. Before joining TKG, he held management position as Corporate Officer in Banque Libano-Francaise from October 2004 until July 2007. Mr Chami also served as a Senior Executive with Unilever in 2003 and 2004. He won financial awards and was Assistant Financial Controller at General Electric Medical Systems Europe between 2000 and 2002.</p>
